- If you contact NoobiBuilds, we may receive your name, email address, and the message you send.
- If you buy a product, we may receive the information needed to fulfil the order, such as your name, email address, payment reference, and purchased product name.
- If a product requires manual delivery, we may keep fulfilment notes needed to send the correct files, password, or access details.
2. How your information is used
- To reply to messages, support questions, and product enquiries.
- To deliver digital products, access passwords, updates, and buyer instructions.
- To verify payments, resolve delivery issues, and prevent abuse of buyer-only content.
3. What we do not do
- NoobiBuilds does not sell your personal information.
- NoobiBuilds does not intentionally collect unnecessary personal data.
- NoobiBuilds does not use your details for unrelated third-party marketing.
4. Third-party services
- Payments may be handled by third-party providers such as PayFast. Their own privacy terms apply to payment processing.
- Contact forms or email delivery tools may process the message details you submit so the workshop can receive and reply to them.
- Some products may ask buyers to use their own third-party API keys or accounts. Those services are governed by their own policies.
