NoobiBuilds Policies
Terms, refunds, and cancellations.
This page covers the basic terms for NoobiBuilds digital products, including NotaryPrep SA, StickyVault, and related studio offers. If anything is unclear, email hello@noobibuilds.co.za before you purchase.
1. Terms and Conditions
- NoobiBuilds sells digital products, downloads, learning resources, and small studio-built tools.
- Access is sold for the buyer's own use unless a separate written licence says otherwise.
- Passwords, downloads, buyer-only PDFs, and private access links may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
- Some products may require the buyer to use their own third-party API key or account. The buyer is responsible for those third-party costs and terms.
- Product copy, screenshots, and roadmaps may evolve over time as products are improved.
2. Refund Policy
- Because NoobiBuilds products are digital, refunds are generally not offered after the product has been delivered, unlocked, downloaded, or emailed.
- If you are billed in error, receive a duplicate charge, or do not receive the promised delivery, email us and we will investigate and correct it.
- If a product is clearly unusable due to a delivery problem on our side and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
- Questions about a purchase should be sent to hello@noobibuilds.co.za with your name, payment reference, and the product name.
3. Cancellation Policy
- If an order has not yet been fulfilled, you may request cancellation before the password, files, or access details are sent.
- Once a digital product has been delivered or unlocked, the order is treated as fulfilled and cannot usually be cancelled.
- For custom or manual fulfilment work, cancellation terms may depend on what has already been delivered or prepared.
